This is an order-form web app for a payment company's sales team. Agents build an order on screen, and the app then generates a finished PDF invoice and emails it to them. This app replaced a stack of paper forms.

My work falls into four capabilities, and I handle both the design and the code on every one of them. This approach gives you one person from the first sketch to the finished product.
Most companies run at least one process on a spreadsheet and somebody's memory, and I turn that process into a web app that does the work for them. For example, I build dashboards, calculators, quoting systems, and schedulers. To ensure that the app fits your business, I build it around the way your people already work. The effect of this is that nobody needs retraining when the app launches.

Some products and spaces are easier to understand in three dimensions than in photos, and I build those in 3D to run in the browser without a download. For example, I build product configurators, games, and 3D scenes. My background is in aeronautical engineering and formal 3D training, and this background makes both the modeling and the math familiar ground.

A website has two jobs, which are looking good and selling, and I design for both. I build on WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow, or I code the site from scratch when none of those platforms fits the design. Each site is structured in a way that lets your own team update the content without calling a developer.

I handle the research, the user flows, the wireframes, and the interface itself. I have done this work for ten years across fintech, healthcare, gaming, and government products, and I have conducted more than one hundred usability sessions. These sessions taught me that what people say they will do and what they actually do are rarely the same thing.

Jordan is the American Idol season 24 runner-up, and I built his site while he was still on air. Every page has an email signup form, and venues and press request bookings through a separate form. The hosting handles the traffic spikes that follow each episode, which keeps the site fast during each spike.

Trevor is a guitarist and vocalist who needed a website, a mailing list, and a way to take bookings, and I built all three. He receives the signups and booking requests in his inbox, and I keep the backend running.
